Greens best placed to take a North West seat from UKIP.

The Green Party is the best-placed Remain party to take a seat from UKIP at the forthcoming Euro-election.  On the basis of 2014 voting patterns the Green Party needs an additional 37,570 votes; Labour needs an additional 48,514 and the Lib Dems need 55,158.
