05 June 2011
The Green Party’s Hilary
Robinson has been elected as Town Councillor in Alsager, Cheshire, representing Central
ward.
Councillor Robinson is a retired software developer, now a student of horticulture at Reaseheath College and a Cheshire East Waste Reduction Volunteer. She says, “As a mother and grandmother, I have deep concerns about the state of the world, and what we are creating for our children. We need to think globally but act locally. As a Town Councillor, I will work towards increased local sustainability for Alsager.”
