Sefton Green Party stood more candidates than ever before, with members standing in Ainsdale, Norwood, Ravenmeols, Blundellsands, Church, Molyneux, Sudell and Park.

Laurence Rankin (Blundellsands) - 138 (3,5%) Julia Thorne (Church)
Tony Christian (Molyneux) - 69 (2.1%)
Neville Grundy (Norwood) - 147 (4.8%)
Roy Greason (Park) - 81 (2.1%)
Richard Willis (Ravenmeols) - 172 (4.3%)
Andrew Rossall (Sudell)- 86 (2.4%)
